活動期間，指定通路購買活動指定任一品項，掃QR code登錄發票或電子收據序號，並上傳與產品的合照，就有機會抽到機票兌換券。

2. 每張發票或收據僅可登錄一次，每張發票或收據僅有一次中獎機會，重複登錄無效，本活動發票及收據號碼一經登錄後，不得要求以任何形式要求取消或刪除。
3. 若發票或收據上沒有載明購買的生力產品內容，請於登錄電子發票或電子收據時，附上和產品的合照以玆證明。

兌獎須知 / Prize Redemption Instructions
1. 兌獎之購物發票開立期間應於2025年11月15日至2026年01月04日止，且發票明細或收據須清楚辨識「生力系列產品任一件」。
1. The purchase invoice for prize redemption must be issued between November 15, 2025 and January 4, 2026, and the invoice details or receipt must clearly show the purchase of at least one San Miguel product.
2. 所有獎項之得獎名單公布日期為2026/01/06，並以活動網頁公佈之版本為標準。

3. 「生力啤酒【抽機票回家過節】」活動小組將以電話或簡訊提醒中獎者，得獎者名單公布於(https://www.surveycake.com/s/0bV6N )，得獎者需自行下載領獎信函填妥資料、中獎發票或收據正本及交易明細，並於2026/01/16前(郵戳為憑)掛號寄至「生力啤酒【抽機票回家過節】」活動小組收 (105403台北市松山區復興北路167號3樓之3)，逾期恕不受理，視同放棄中獎資格。如經審核未符活動規範，主辦單位有權取消中獎資格，恕不另行通知，如有仿冒或偽造之情事，除不得兌換獎品之外，主辦單位將依刑法行使追訴權。
3. The San Miguel “Win a Flight Home for the Holidays” event team will notify winners by phone or SMS. The winner list will be posted on (https://www.sanmiguel.com.tw). Winners must download the prize-claim letter, complete the required information, and send it along with the original winning invoice or receipt and transaction details by registered mail to the San Miguel “Win a Flight Home for the Holidays” event team (3F-3, No. 167, Fuxing North Road, Songshan District, Taipei City 105403). Submissions must be postmarked no later than January 16, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize. If the submitted documents do not meet the event requirements upon review, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the winner’s eligibility without further notice. In cases of forgery or falsification, the prize will not be issued, and the organizer will pursue legal action in accordance with the Criminal Code.
4. 若發票存於載具，請店家列印出紙本發票及明細，或截圖提供載具上顯示之購買明細畫面，或自行至「財政部電子發票整合服務平台」列印發票明細。
4. If the invoice is stored in a mobile barcode or other e-invoice carrier, please request the store to print a physical invoice and details, or submit a screenshot showing the purchase details displayed on the carrier, or print the invoice details from the MOF E-Invoice Platform.
5. 得獎者須寄回發票或收據正本，審核完成之購物發票不退還。

注意事項
1. 本活動主辦單位「香港商生力啤有限公司台灣分公司」，委託尚藍資訊提供抽獎之互動平台。
2. 參加本活動者若為中華民國憲法認定之自然人，得獎者若未滿二十歲，除得獎者之身分證正反面影本外，需另附法定代理人之身分證正反面影本協同辦理領獎及一切相關手續方能領獎。
3. 依中華民國稅法規定，中獎者若非中華民國國境內設籍之外國人（即依法於課稅年度內，在中華民國境內居住未達183天之本國人含大陸人士及外國人），不論中獎者所得獎項之價值，需預先扣繳20%機會中獎稅金，待中獎者付清稅金後方可領獎。 如依其他法令規定另須代扣繳其他稅費者，亦於扣除相關金額後，始為實際發放金額。

In accordance with the tax laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), if the prize winner is a foreign national without household registration in Taiwan (i.e., an individual— including Mainland Chinese and other foreign nationals— who has resided in Taiwan for fewer than 183 days during the taxable year), a 20% withholding tax on prize winnings must be deducted in advance, regardless of the prize value. The prize can only be claimed after the winner has fully paid the required tax. If any other taxes or fees are required to be withheld in accordance with other laws or regulations, the corresponding amounts will also be deducted before the actual prize is issued.
4. 外國人參加抽獎活動，依據規定提供身份證明文件，例如護照影本、居留證或工作簽證。

5. 本活動地區僅限台灣、澎湖、金門、馬祖地區，活動地區外中獎，視同無效。有關獎品之寄送亦僅限上述地區，活動區域外恕不提供寄送服務。
5. This event is limited to participants located in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu. Any prize won outside the eligible regions will be considered invalid. Prize delivery is also limited to the above-mentioned regions; delivery to locations outside the event area will not be provided.
6. 參加本活動者提供之資料應正確無誤，如有非本人、資料錯誤、虛偽不實、不完整、或無法判讀及所留資料導致活動中獎時無法通知、逾期及資料缺漏者，均一律喪失得獎資格。且如有致生損害主辦單位或其他第三人時，應負一切民刑事責任，主辦單位對於任何不實或不正確之資料皆不負任何法律責任。
7. 若發現發票或收據經塗改、變造、毀損、殘缺不全、更動、複製及樣張，或退貨之發票或收據均屬無效，倘偽造或變造者，本公司將依法追究。
8. 主辦單位暨執行單位員工不得參加本次活動以示公平，如經發現或經第三人檢舉經查證屬實，主辦單位得取消其參加或兌換資格。

10. 寄送獎項以得獎人所填寫的資料之地址為準，主辦單位將不負擔贈品無法送達之責任。過程中，若發生任何錯遞、延遲或遺失，然非主辦單位疏失造成者，主辦單位恕不負責。贈品一經寄送後，如有遺失、損毀等事情之發生，本公司不負補發之責。
11. 本活動屬競技競賽及機會中獎所得，依所得稅法規定，機會中獎之獎項價值超過NT$1,000，所得將列入個人年度綜合所得稅申報，若獎品價值總額超過NT$20,000，必須代扣10%中獎獎金稅額；非中華民國國境內居住之國人（即在中華民國境內居住未達 183天之本國人及外國人）不論得獎者所得之金額，須就中獎所得扣繳20%機會中獎稅。

This event falls under “competition and chance-based prize income.” In accordance with the Income Tax Act, if the value of a chance-based prize exceeds NT$1,000, the prize amount must be included in the winner’s annual individual income tax return. If the total prize value exceeds NT$20,000, a 10% withholding tax must be deducted from the winnings. For individuals who are not residents of the Republic of China (Taiwan)—that is, those (including ROC nationals and foreign nationals) who have resided in Taiwan for fewer than 183 days—a 20% withholding tax on prize income is required, regardless of the prize amount.
12. 主辦單位僅使用中獎者所提供之個人資料於此次活動用途(含中獎者同意配合主辦單位將中獎者名單公布於平面廣告、新聞發佈與活動網站，以作為活動宣傳)，且遵守個人資料保護法相關規定，以維護參加者權益。中獎者同意中獎相關個人資訊由主辦單位於活動範圍內進行蒐集、電腦處理及利用。

隱私權條款
香港商生力啤有限公司台灣分公司 (以下簡稱主辦單位)為辦理「生力啤酒【抽機票回家過節】」，謹遵循個人資料保護法（以下簡稱個資法）規定，向台端告知下列事項，請台端詳閱 :
(一)、蒐集之目的：「生力啤酒【抽機票回家過節】」得獎者身分確認、獎品寄發、稅務行政。
(二)、蒐集之個人資料類別：中文姓名、身分證字號、出生年月日、性別、聯絡電話、戶籍地址等個人資料中之識別類。
個人資料利用之期間、地區、對象及方式：
(一)、期間：上述蒐集目的未消失與法令規定之必要保存期間內，但因主辦單位執行職務或業務所必須或經當事人書面同意者，不在此限。
(二)、地區：台端之個人資料將於台灣地區內利用。
(三)、對象：以主辦單位及與主辦單位外部業務往來之協力廠商為限。
(四)、方式：主辦單位蒐集、處理及利用台端之個人資料以紙本、電腦系統、電子檔案、電話、email、傳真、郵寄等方式，或其他合法及合理方式使用。
依據個資法第3條規定，台端就本公司保有台端之個人資料得行使下列權利：
(一)、得向主辦單位申請查詢、請求閱覽或請求製給複製本、而本公司依法得酌收必要成本費用。
(二)、得向主辦單位請求補充或更正，惟依法台端應為適當之釋明。
(三)、得向主辦單位請求停止蒐集、處理或利用及請求刪除，惟依法主辦單位因執行業務所必須者，得不依台端請求為之。
(一)、蒐集之目的：「生力啤酒【抽機票回家過節】」得獎者身分確認、獎品寄發、稅務行政。
